The Bay Area Air Quality Management District operates some of California's most complex environmental compliance and permitting technology — systems that support public reporting, regulatory enforcement, and agency operations across the region.

Since 2025, DVBE Connect has embedded 10 technical professionals directly into the Bay Area Air Quality Management District's Agile and Scrum delivery environment.
