DVBE Connect is a California-based, Disabled Veteran Business Enterprise certified IT staffing and workforce solutions company. For more than a decade we have placed skilled technical professionals inside some of the state's most complex organizations — regulatory agencies, public districts, and enterprise technology environments.
We are not a large staffing conglomerate. We are a veteran-owned firm, focused on deep relationships, a disciplined delivery model, and a genuine stake in the outcomes of the people and organizations we serve.
Leadership
Chris Haney
CEO & Founder
Chris Haney is a veteran, a builder, and a true believer that the best businesses serve people first. He founded The Fair Way Group to create something durable — a platform of companies that hold themselves to a higher standard, stay accountable, and show up for the long game.
What We Stand For
Engagement is not a buzzword here.
It is the operating principle behind every placement we make and every relationship we build.
When a professional feels genuinely valued — seen for what they contribute rather than managed as a resource — the quality of their work reflects it. When an organization partners with a firm that understands their environment and takes their outcomes seriously, the results follow.
That belief has driven DVBE Connect for over ten years. It shapes how we recruit, how we place, and how we show up after the contract is signed.
By The Numbers
Relationships built between organizations, candidates, and communities — the foundation of everything we do.
Every event we host is designed with intention, from the atmosphere we create to the way each session flows.

Service Doesn't Stop at Discharge
DVBE Connect was founded by a veteran and operates with the values that military service instills — accountability, discipline, and a commitment to the people around you.
Our Community Connect program supports veteran networking, employment, and engagement across Northern California. Over the past two years our annual veteran charity golf event has raised nearly $100,000 for organizations serving veterans, refugees, and underserved communities throughout the Sacramento region.
We participate in these communities because we are part of them — not to promote ourselves, but because genuine engagement in one area of life makes everything else stronger.
